đź’¬ 1. Order Processing

Every order is custom-made with care.
Once we receive your design and payment, we begin preparing your personalised magnets for printing.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays)

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • If your order includes a design proof, production will start only after your approval.

📦 2. Shipping Within Dubai (and UAE)

We deliver across Dubai and all Emirates using reliable local couriers.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Delivery Fee: AED 30 flat rate within Dubai

  • Free Delivery: On orders over AED 250

(Please note that custom or large orders may take additional time.)

🌍 3. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide from Dubai upon request.

  • International Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

  • Courier Options: Aramex, DHL, or Emirates Post

  • Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country.

🏠 4. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and name are correct when placing your order.

  • Couriers will contact you directly for delivery confirmation.

  • If a delivery attempt fails (due to incorrect address or missed calls), the courier may reschedule or return the parcel.

  • Returned parcels can be re-shipped — additional shipping fees may apply.

During busy seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, New Year), please allow extra time for production and delivery.
We do our best to meet all timelines, but delays may occur due to courier capacity or weather conditions.

📬 6. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 days of dispatch (for UAE deliveries), please contact us at hello@magneticmomentsuae.com and we’ll help trace it immediately.
