Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnetic Moments. Each magnet is made with care, printed and cut to your unique design. Because our products are custom-made, we handle refunds a little differently from standard retail items — but your happiness always comes first.

💖 Personalised Orders

All our magnets are printed to your personal specifications (photos, artwork, names, dates, etc.).
For that reason, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once printing has started, unless there’s a fault or printing error on our side.

If you notice a mistake on your order preview, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can hold production and make changes if possible.

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll happily reprint or refund them.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magneticmomentsuae.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of what’s wrong

    Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. Any errors found to be from the customer input will not be refunded or replaced.

    📦 Lost or Delayed Deliveries

    If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll help track it with our courier partner.
    We’ll reprint or refund confirmed lost orders (after courier investigation).

    ✋ Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only if production has not yet started. After that point, we’ve likely begun processing or printing your design, and cancellation may not be possible.

⚖ Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

🌍 International Orders
For international customers, delivery times and courier policies may vary. Customs delays are

unfortunately outside our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.
